Senior / Staff Product Engineer (Full Stack)
I’m partnering with a London-based AI startup that recently secured Series B funding and is developing innovative AI-driven products. They’re looking for a Senior or Staff Full Stack Product Engineer who enjoys building features end to end and seeing them make a real impact on users.
This role is perfect for strong builders and product thinkers, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, who enjoy fast-paced, iterative environments.
What you’ll be working on
- Develop user-facing features end to end, including agentic workflows and real-time collaboration
- Prototype and test ideas from 0 to 1
- Optimise the application for speed, scale and reliability
- Work closely with users to understand problems and design solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers to deliver a cutting-edge product
- Build products from concept to MVP and iterate quickly based on user feedback
Tech environment
- AWS and Terraform
- Relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience in product-focused, startup or fast-moving environments
