Senior / Staff Product Engineer (Full Stack)

I’m partnering with a London-based AI startup that recently secured Series B funding and is developing innovative AI-driven products. They’re looking for a Senior or Staff Full Stack Product Engineer who enjoys building features end to end and seeing them make a real impact on users.

This role is perfect for strong builders and product thinkers, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, who enjoy fast-paced, iterative environments.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop user-facing features end to end, including agentic workflows and real-time collaboration
  • Prototype and test ideas from 0 to 1
  • Optimise the application for speed, scale and reliability
  • Work closely with users to understand problems and design solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers to deliver a cutting-edge product
  • Build products from concept to MVP and iterate quickly based on user feedback

    Tech environment

    • AWS and Terraform
    • Relational databases such as PostgreSQL
    • Experience in product-focused, startup or fast-moving environments

    • Is first and foremost a builder and a product thinker, not just a maintainer
    • Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy
    • Has experience building products from concept to MVP
    • Can ship quickly and iterate based on user feedback
    • Interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies
    • Collaborative and product-focused, able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
