As a Resourcer, you will build strong candidate pipelines, deliver an inclusive experience from first contact to shortlist, and work closely with HR and stakeholders to strengthen our talent pipelines and reduce agency reliance.
This is a proactive, people-focused role for someone who is curious, commercially aware and confident connecting with others.
Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to be extended. There is some UK wide travel required as part of the role.
Partner with Hiring Managers and Resourcing Partners to understand role needs, team culture and future workforce plans.
Join role briefings and offer constructive challenge to widen talent pools and support hiring for potential.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals and direct outreach.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across key disciplines.
Carry out structured screening calls, assessing skills, experience, motivation and values.
Create clear, concise shortlists with recommendations for Resourcing Partners and Hiring Managers.
Champion inclusive recruitment practices and ensure a positive candidate experience for all.
Communicates clearly and confidently with a wide range of people, both verbally and in writing.
Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Curious, proactive and resilient with a willingness to learn, research and find solutions.
Builds positive working relationships and responds constructively to feedback and challenges.
Comfortable using IT systems and online platforms; previous recruitment or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
