Responsibilities
- Own and maintain sales data definitions, KPIs, and metric logic to ensure consistency across systems, reports, and documentation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of sales analytics solutions, from requirements gathering and data sourcing through to reporting, insights, and adoption.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key sales and service performance metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, GTT, Sales Operations, Process, Systems, Enablement, and Commercial Finance teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Partner with Data and Technology teams to influence data models and schemas supporting sales analytics.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and alignment between business definitions and underlying data structures.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, in collaboration with Commercial Finance where required.
- Present findings in a compelling, accessible way to a range of audiences.
- Monitor the impact of improvement initiatives using relevant KPIs.
- Stay current with best practices in data visualisation, analytics, and reporting tools.

You’re comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment, partnering with stakeholders across sales and technology, and using data to diagnose challenges and improve performance. Clear communication, strong technical capability, and a collaborative mindset underpin your approach to driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Familiarity with sales processes, performance metrics, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Adaptable to changing market trends, data availability, and evolving business needs.
- Proven ability to create impactful reports and interactive dashboards that track KPIs, visualise sales performance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of using data analytics to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem‑solving capability, with the ability to identify sales challenges, uncover root causes through data, and propose data‑driven solutions.
- Experience delivering insights that have driven measurable improvements in customer retention, revenue growth, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
