As our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own and scale our direct digital channels—from the Bob W website to lifecycle marketing across email and messaging. You’ll play a key role in driving high‑intent traffic, optimising conversion rates, and building stronger guest relationships through data‑led, insight‑driven initiatives.

Partnering closely with our Performance Marketing team, you will maximise the impact of paid activity by strengthening organic acquisition, enhancing onsite conversion, and driving repeat engagement. Your ultimate goal is to increase efficiency and reduce reliance on paid channels over time.

We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of modern SEO and an eye on emerging AIO (AI Optimisation) trends. You should be able to connect the dots across the full e‑commerce funnel and translate opportunities into impactful, revenue‑driving initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced e‑commerce professional excited to take on broad ownership within a fast‑growing hospitality brand. You are proactive by nature, comfortable identifying opportunities, setting direction, and driving projects forward with a clear vision of what a best‑in‑class digital experience looks like.
