Take full control of a high-volume request queue — ensuring every ticket is clear, prioritised, and moving forward. You’ll spot blockers early and keep delivery flowing.
Become the go‑to person for Salesforce queries. From resolving user issues to supporting new features, you’ll play a key role in keeping the system running smoothly.
Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams. You’ll clarify requirements, challenge अस्पष्ट requests, and keep everyone aligned with clear, timely updates.
Own the quality check before release — validating that solutions actually meet business needs and are ready for production.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth communication, organised workflows, and no dropped balls.
