Administration Officer - Northam

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Northam-based team on a full-time basis.

The Role

The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, taking meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative/secretarial duties.

About You

• Proven experience in office administration/secretarial work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team
• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word & Excel
• An outgoing personality and professional integrity
• Current WA driver’s licence
