Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimise solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Power Transmission, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in business development and technical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of gear systems, motors, drives, and industrial transmission technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
- Willingness to travel across London, Southeast & East Anglia.
