Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Business Development Manager based just outside Milton Keynes. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals. Additionally, the manager will be tasked with promoting and representing Lakehurst Park as a premier destination for events and hospitality experiences.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Experience in client relationship management and networking
• Proven expertise in market research and strategy development
• Knowledge of hospitality, event management, or related industries preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal‑oriented and highly motivated with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel locally and adapt to a dynamic work environment
