Office and Facilities Manager – Events and Art Space

£50,000-60,000 + excellent benefits

West End (On-site)

Our client is a highly successful boutique events and art space based in the West End, offering a unique and fast-paced working environment at the heart of a creative and commercial business. An experienced Office and Facilities Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and HR remit across the business, ensuring the smooth running of both the office and wider operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the landlord regarding building and facilities matters.
  • Implement and manage office systems and administrative procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Oversee two Administrative Coordinators.
  • Provide HR administrative support where needed.
  • Act as the key internal point of contact for external HR and Finance providers, escalating complex matters.
  • Coordinate operational requirements for the creative team, manage tight deadlines, liaise with international stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure smooth relationship management across multiple moving parts.
  • Support events and exhibitions, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on temporary events and exhibitions.
  • All-round operations professional with confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the creative sector not essential; bonus for exposure to arts, cultural sector or knowledge of public events/exhibitions.
  • Experience in HR administration beneficial.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
