Business Development Manager
CEVA Logistics is a leading logistics provider offering global supply chain solutions across 170+ countries. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our Ground & Rail Sales Team.
Your Role
This high‑profile role will identify, target and win new business through a consultative, solutions‑based sales approach in a 3PL environment.
What you will do
- Push boundaries and acquire new business to drive the organisation forward.
- Develop compelling value propositions and build effective relationships with prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior operational leaders to embed, implement, and deliver client solutions.
- Drive RFQs and tender processes from opportunity to successful implementation, and grow existing business to maximise long‑term revenue and customer value.
What we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering sustained growth and developing pipelines through strategic, targeted planning.
- Experience in creating value propositions, maintaining high sales activity, and securing cross‑selling opportunities.
- Strong hunting capabilities and a focus on winning new business within the transport sector.
- Strong networking, strategic planning, communication and a hunter mentality.
- Valid driving licence with no more than 6 points.
