The Supplier Funded Media (SFM) team is responsible for the delivery of supplier media hosted on the ocado.com site. We balance the needs of the business alongside the requirements of the suppliers whilst always ensuring the customer is at the heart of all that we do.
We are looking for an AI-forward Manager to lead the intelligent transformation of our Supplier Funded Media (SFM) operations. You won’t just be managing tasks; you will be the architect of AI-driven workflows, utilising tools like Gemini, LLM, Monday.com and FigmaBuzz to architect a technical transformation, automate high-volume media execution, and unlock strategic capacity for the entire team.
This person will work closely with the SFM Manager to lead the team to deliver media on time and in full, supporting the overall strategy to grow supplier funded media opportunities. This person will be integral to ensuring we successfully deliver against supplier expectations, with the focus on improving the colleague, supplier & customer experience wherever possible. In 6 months, you will leave a legacy by fundamentally changing how the UK’s largest online supermarket handles media. This is a fast-paced implementation role perfect for someone who wants to prove the ROI of AI in a Tier-1 retail environment.
