Permanent Construction Project Manager
Support works at Dungeness, maintaining our Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while being embedded on a single site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing pre‑construction activity including planning, estimating, and mobilisation
- Coordinating works within strict nuclear safety and compliance standards
- Liaising with specialist subcontractors and site stakeholders
- Supporting projects ranging from £20k–£200k in value
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering construction projects in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of safety‑critical working practices
- Experience in nuclear, defence, energy, or other regulated sectors (preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS (essential); IOSH or PM qualifications (desirable)
- Site‑focused, organised, and detail‑oriented approach
Triple Bar training (a short online introductory nuclear course) is required prior to site access and will be completed as part of onboarding.
