Location: Hybrid (Shoreditch one day a week)
Reporting to: Chief Product Officer
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a small team led by the Chief Product Officer and own key areas of our platform. You’ll work end-to-end—understanding consultant needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring what goes live delivers real value. This isn’t a coordination role. We want someone with a point of view who challenges assumptions and focuses on driving impact, not just feature requests.
What you’ll be working on:
- Core platform capabilities, including enquiry management, viewings, client onboarding, and third-party integrations
- Defining and maintaining a clear, prioritised backlog in collaboration with the CPO and engineering
- Stakeholder management across a business undergoing significant change: building trust, managing expectations, and holding the line on what matters
- Discovery: getting into our offices, observing how consultants work, and translating operational reality into product decisions
- AI-assisted features: We are building AI into our platform, and you will help define where it goes and how it lands
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in product management, with experience in operational platforms, internal tools, or workflow-heavy products
- Strong written communicator: our team runs on clear thinking, and you will be expected to write well
- Commercially grounded: you understand that product decisions have business consequences
- Comfortable navigating organisations in transition: able to build trust, handle resistance, and move things forward without relying on authority
- Experience working iteratively in small teams: MVPs, pilots, learning loops
