We are looking for an MEP Commercial Manager to join our Building services team located in London/Slough.
You will successfully manage the MEP project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member of the project team within prescribed financial margins of the project to the satisfaction of internal and external clients and within the company’s financial targets.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure you abide by and work in line of the Skanska Laser focus plan
- Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled
- Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract
- Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements
- Monitor and manage dispute management procedures
- Promote HS&E standards and culture throughout the business and projects
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience of commercially running large MEP projects
- Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10-50M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
- Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract
- Client facing experience
- Relevant CSCS Card
- SMSTS
