As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs as they enter your store. Your dedication to customer service and your knowledge of our cutting‑edge products and services will help us achieve high standards across Three while hitting sales targets as a team.
Full training will be provided, so no prior knowledge of our products is required. Ambition and the drive to learn matter most.
We offer a competitive package of pay and benefits, including a base salary of £13.72 per hour plus an on‑target bonus of 15% paid monthly based on store performance, 16 hours across 3 days per week (including weekend rotations). Pay and benefits also cover up to 31 days off plus 2 bank holidays, discounts, vouchers, a pension plan and other standard benefits.
