Contract & Performance Manager

We are currently looking for a Contract & Performance Manager who will support with the effective management of project data and the exchange of such data between Skanska and our client(s).

As the Contract & Performance Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate you have processes in place to prevent any breaches to our reporting obligations under the Project Agreement. Support with the evaluation and the efficiency of such controls and improve them continuously.
• Produce reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues and present to SCPM.
• Ensure all mitigations are documented within the compliance update with the appropriate contract and commercial references.
• Keep abreast of contract issues and developments within the company and project as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
• Identify and raise critical issues to the SCPM and or Regional/Project Director.
• Prepare reports for external regulatory bodies as appropriate including the client. On a monthly basis produce and manage a risk report distributed to the SCPM and wider compliance team.

We are looking for:

• Educated to A level or degree level.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge and understanding of PFI contracts, standards and regulations.
• Experience and knowledge of reporting procedure and record keeping.
• Methodical, analytical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
