Muscliff Primary School is a vibrant, popular school in Bournemouth where children are happy and staff are committed to improving standards and providing exciting purposeful learning experiences for all children.

We have a strong team ethos and focus on creating a supportive, nurturing environment for our children, built on positive relationships between home and school and the use of trauma‑informed approaches.

The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time as we prepare to open a new Resource Provision for children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs. The base will, over time, provide specialist support for 16 children (2 classes of 8 children) with SEMH needs, enabling them to receive support and interventions as outlined on their EHCP (Education Health Care Plan), while also having access to mainstream education as appropriate.

The post is a permanent contract. This position will be between salary scale point 9 – 15 depending on experience, £27,252 – £30,024 full time equivalent (pay award pending) for 25 hours per week, term time only (45.45 weeks a year).
