A leading non-profit animal welfare charity is seeking an experienced and highly professional Head of Executive Support to work closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team in a strategic, high‑impact role. A newly‑created role, you will lead the Executive Support function, oversee key organisational projects, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and play a central role in driving strategic priorities and operational excellence across the business.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator with strong leadership capability, experience operating within fast‑paced and complex environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at senior level. Previous experience supporting executives through organisational change, alongside outstanding stakeholder management skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with CEO and Executive Leadership Team
• Leadership responsibility for Executive Support function
