Supervisor Role

As a Supervisor, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, uphold standards, and support the team in providing unforgettable guest experiences. You will step in across sections as needed, uphold security procedures, and assist in training. Airport shifts can start as early as 3 am, so early starts mean early finishes. You will provide excellent hospitality to guests, no matter what time they are dining.

Qualifications

• Great people skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3 am.
• Ability to provide a 5‑year work/education/personal reference history and to undertake a criminal record check.
