Home-Start Kirklees is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee operations and ensure effective service delivery in Huddersfield. The role requires excellent leadership and project management skills, alongside safeguarding knowledge, as the appointed DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead). Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop partnerships are essential.
