The Role
Associate Lecturer in Applied Global Healthcare Management, Part‑time (10 hours per week) on a fixed‑term contract until 31st August 2027, within Coventry University Online (CUOL).
Deliver innovative, flexible, and inclusive online teaching to a diverse global student community across our MSc Healthcare programmes using digital platforms such as Aula and Microsoft Teams.
Support students through assessment, feedback and academic support, ensuring teaching challenges thinking, encourages debate, and develops critical and rational thinking. Champion diversity and accessibility for all learners.
Provide effective pastoral support, contributing to an excellent student experience.
Qualifications
Hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject, or a suitable professional qualification and membership (e.g., Division of BPS/ABP). Be a registered nurse with current live membership of the Nursing / Midwifery Council (NMC). A recognised teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Successful Candidate
Recent experience of teaching in a higher education setting with evidence of good or innovative pedagogic practice. Demonstrated high‑quality presentation skills and experience of coaching, mentoring and teaching other professionals. Ability to use technology to deliver learning support to a large number of students.
