Senior Manager – Client Services
Preferred Location: London; travel 30–40%.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the best possible Customer Experience at every level of contact, from opportunity qualification to exit, both externally and internally.
- Create sustainable, interdependent customer relationships that enable growth for the geography and as well as our teams.
- Seek and execute challenging work for everyone, respecting the complexity of sales, account management, process and technology.
- Facilitate a great working environment and enable learning and growth for each employee that works with our teams.
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure Aditi delivers to their expectations, and that the relationship delivers to potential.
- Work very closely with peers in Delivery and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a very high level of account‑based marketing and lead generation activity.
- Work closely with Delivery teams, pre‑sales and competency centres/practices to convert opportunities.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual services targets.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the IT field.
- Have minimum of 6 years external sales or account management experience, ideally demonstrating a track record of consistently overachieving against booking targets.
- Have a strong sales track record selling complex consulting and/or services to customers in the online gaming/betting or Retail or B2C space.
- Be a self‑starter and have a proven ability to learn on the job.
- Demonstrate poise, maturity and have a proven ability to engage with C‑level decision makers.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) and have strong interpersonal skills.
