. This role supports the planning, build and execution of high-quality, multi-channel CRM campaigns across European markets (Email, SMS and Push). You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities, and obsessive about detail—ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.**Skills, Experience and Attributes:** 3+ years’ experience in an email/CRM marketing role, ideally within retail, fashion or lifestyle.Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS and/or Push), from brief to deployment.Experience using Braze (preferred), or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform. skills, with proven ability to manage multiple requests, Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, interpreting performance and translating insights into actions.Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams and markets. • 26 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays per annum • 30% staff discount • Employee Assistance Programme • Private pension scheme • Performance based bonus scheme • Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days office based • Social events throughout the year • Seasonal sample sales • Two volunteer days per year • Prime central London location near Piccadilly and Oxford Street stations
