This is an exciting time in The Boots Group... activities undertaken to modernise our store Estate need to drive results at scale to support the acceleration of change and developments across our portfolio. This investment requires additional team members to support transformations in and with our stores, partners and project teams.
Our property team plays a critical role in helping to shape our organisation - by leading the implementation of interventions within trading stores and managing the opening of new stores. Interventions can include total refurbishments, dispensary improvements, trials, and beauty hall reconfigurations. From simple to complex changes across strategic initiatives and store improvements. The Project Management Team work with Stores and Contractors to ensure schemes are landed effectively to agreed programmes and quality, on time and within budget, and with the minimum disruption to stores and their ability to trade. The Interventions Project Manager leads the project team through the programme‑life cycle of the project, from scoping and feasibility, through to on‑site, completion, snagging and scheme sign off.
