The Post

Are you passionate about gas compliance, health & safety, and delivering high quality housing services? We are seeking a dedicated Contract and Quality Manager to play a vital role in ensuring that our housing stock remains safe, secure, and fully compliant with statutory and regulatory gas safety obligations.

You will join a forward‑thinking local authority team and take the lead on the management of gas compliance across our portfolio. This includes overseeing gas servicing, heating maintenance and installation programmes, contractor performance, risk management, and compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. While working collaboratively with other compliance areas, your primary focus will be ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of gas systems.
