What You'll Do
- Create sales opportunities for the sales team
- Utilise technical and value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold or warm outbound prospecting
- Ask qualifying questions to better understand needs and timing
- Determine if LogicMonitor is a good fit for prospect Execute outbound campaigns created by marketing and sales
- Play an active role in campaign creation and target account determination
- Get creative with prospecting—using personalised videos and direct mail
- Proactively communicate with prospects, management and the team
- Relay valuable information (best practices, new features, competitive pressures, etc.)
- Collaborate with peers to improve the team
- Attend daily tribal knowledge sessions to improve skills
- Attend daily reflection sessions to discuss daily accomplishments
- Attend monthly business review meetings to discuss achievements & learnings, overachieve quota
- Send weekly stats email by 3pm every Friday
- Must attend weekly sales training and weekly technical training (Data driven responsibilities)
- Make minimum 80 dials per day with LinkedIn, emails and direct mails on top.
- Connect with at least 50 new LinkedIn connections each week
- Make a minimum of 100 calls on blitz days
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- IT and/or Enterprise SaaS software knowledge (preferred)
- High energy with strong technical aptitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Manage lead-to-meeting conversion quota on a monthly basis
- Manage all activities in a CRM tool
- Ability to articulate accomplishments and future plans during internal team meetings
