Spa Shift Manager Longleat Forest Circa £30,700 per annum pro rata

Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
- Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
- Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
- Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours
- Part‑time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 10pm
- Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. Additional hours may be required based on operational needs
- Includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
About you
- Experienced in customer service and people management
- Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 3 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor, or equivalent, or willingness to undertake training
