An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well-established Real Estate team based in Belfast within a national law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including both local Northern Ireland work and high quality London based transactions. This position would suit a solicitor seeking strong quality work within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters
Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial leases
Supporting on high-value and complex transactions, including London-based work
Managing files with minimal supervision and maintaining excellent client care
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate team

Essential Skills and Experience
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales
Experience in commercial real estate / property law
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
