The Heathers is a welcoming and vibrant community supporting 23 residents across six accommodation groups. Each individual enjoys a level of independence tailored to their needswhether in their own accommodation with outdoor space or within shared community homes.

Our team goes beyond supportwe create meaningful experiences, celebrate milestones, and help residents live fulfilling lives. Activities include:

• ?? Cinema trips, zoo visits, gym sessions, and local attractions
• ?? BBQs, birthdays, and community events
• ?? Seasonal celebrations like St Patrick's Day
• ?? Supported holidays
• ?? Hobbies such as singing, dancing, art, and gardening
• ? Community groups like Triple A, coffee mornings, exhibitions, and fundraisers
• ?? Outdoor activities including walks at Gosford Park and sports sessions

?? About the Role - Team Leader (Day Shift)

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead the delivery of person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
• Build trusting relationships and create a safe, supportive environment
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and oversee care plans and risk assessments
• Support individuals with daily living, independence, and community involvement
• Work closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies
• Lead shifts, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Support, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a positive team culture
• Ensure effective communication, record-keeping, and participation in reviews
• Contribute to the smooth running and ongoing improvement of the service
