The Solution Executive will maximize profitable company sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business with new and existing clients. This position is primarily selling Sphera’s software solutions. This role will be the personification of Sphera in all matters within and outside the company with an unflagging commitment to customer satisfaction, delight, trust, and loyalty.


The Solution Executive - Operational Risk Management (ORM) will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across both prospective and existing clients. This role focuses on positioning and selling Sphera’s ORM software solutions, aligning them to customer needs and strategic priorities.


Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solution Sales Executive will lead the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation to close, while building strong, long-term client relationships. This individual represents Sphera at all times, demonstrating a consistent commitment to customer success, trust, and value delivery, both internally and externally.


What you’ll do:

Solution Executive within Sphera’s team will sell to Enterprise accounts, with a focus on hunting new accounts.
