Key Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
    • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
    • Accurately log call details and update internal systems
    • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
    • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures
    • Provide customers with accurate information and support
    • Follow up on outstanding queries where required
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets

Skills and Experience Required

    • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role preferred
    • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Good IT and data entry skills
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Professional and friendly telephone manner
    • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
