We are looking for a motivated Early Years Inclusion Advisor who is passionate about improving outcomes for young children and supporting inclusive practice across early years settings.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive Early Years Team dedicated to raising standards of education and care across Wiltshire. You will work closely with skilled colleagues, Early Years providers and multi-agency partners, using evidence-based approaches and up-to-date legislation to make a real difference. The role offers variety, autonomy and scope to shape practice, alongside access to ongoing professional development, opportunities to deliver training and the chance to influence provision across a wide range of settings, including schools, nurseries and childminders.
In this role, you will challenge and support early years settings within a designated community area to meet the diverse needs of children aged 0–5. Your day-to-day work will include carrying out inclusion support visits, advising on SEND and the graduated response, modelling good practice, supporting EHCP applications, delivering training, coordinating multi-agency work and promoting early identification and smooth transitions into school.
You will hold a relevant early years qualification, have recent experience working with young children with additional needs, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice, with the confidence to advise, train and influence practitioners across a range of settings.
If you are committed to inclusive early education and want a role where your expertise creates lasting impact, we would welcome your application.
We require a full employment history and request that you state your qualification on your application and or CV so this can be checked prior to shortlisting.
