The Role:
A fast-paced role responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of customer service. You will coordinate with operatives, internal teams, and clients to manage daily workflows and meet KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for tenants
- Schedule appointments and allocate jobs to trades
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Liaise with teams and client representatives
- Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Track performance against KPIs
Criteria
Essential:
- Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics
- Strong customer service skills
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
Desirable:
- Experience in construction or housing maintenance
- Relevant qualification (HND/Degree)
