About the company
An ambitious and respected business in Belfast city centre is seeking to add a Financial Controller to their finance function as a result of continued success and plans for further expansion. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a well-rounded role, offering a market leading salary and benefits package as well as huge potential for career progression within the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance, financial controls and payroll oversight.
- Support senior leadership with commercial analysis and strategic planning.
- Drive process improvements and investigate financial variances.
- Manage and develop the finance team while ensuring high performance standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Leadership Skills
- Strong IT Skills – Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
