  • The Role

    • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
    • Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
    • Minimise downtime and ensure machinery is operating effectively
    • Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
    • Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
    • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment when required

    The Person

    • Time served engineering qualification essential
    • Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or production environments
    • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and organisational skills
    • Proactive attitude with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
