The Role
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Minimise downtime and ensure machinery is operating effectively
- Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment when required
The Person
- Time served engineering qualification essential
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or production environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement

- Up to £42,500 basic salary
