About the role

The role of theCurriculum SupportAssistantis tosupportCambridgeshire Skills curriculum delivery and management teams with the effective running of the service.

To provide first class customer service topotential and existing learners andalltheservicespartnersandstakeholders.

Undertake a range of administrative tasks and ensuretheaccurateprocessingof learner data in the service MI system, generation oftimelyreports to supportmanagement of theservice.

Besupportive to our communities and customers to ensure that the service they receive is positive and effective.
