Chief People Officer – The Bishop Fraser Trust
Salary: £68,860 – £85,298
Hours: 37 per week, Permanent Contract, Start Date: In line with notice period
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Executive Team of the Trust, operating collaboratively to provide strategic leadership to the Trust and its communities.
- Hold overall responsibility for all aspects of strategic people leadership within the Trust, including HR, Governance, Training and Development, and communications, leading additional staff personnel responsible for these areas.
- Oversee the relationship between the Trust and its legal advisors, ensuring the Trust has access to timely advice as matters arise.
- Provide strategic leadership of the development, implementation and delivery of the Trust’s People Strategy to support broader strategic aims and the establishment of the Trust as an employer.
