Summary
As a Senior Director in our Change Management Practice you will lead work across all aspects of Change Management for FTSE 100 and the largest public sector clients. You will lead collaborative teams, working within our change strategy and framework to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams and projects to deliver high quality Change Management deliverables within complex client environments.
- Active member of the Change Management leadership team shaping the future direction of the practice.
- Dive deep into the challenges facing clients, think big and draw on your personal point of view to develop creative solutions to their toughest business problems.
- Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities to grow existing accounts, an expertise‑led seller providing this expertise across multiple accounts and pursuits.
- Lead the execution of internal business initiatives such as offering development, capability development, thought leadership, etc.
- Teach others how to develop change management, core consulting and valuable business development skills, tools, templates, and frameworks.
- Perform project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability analysis processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
- Proven subject matter expertise in Change Management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts.
- Experience leading Change Management engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery.
- Track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements with senior‑level client executives.
- Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master’s degree or professional certifications are bonuses.
