Description

Review of Existing Architecture

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current high-level architecture, ensuring a clear understanding of each key component.
• Examine the implementation of the service-oriented architecture, focusing on core services, established interfaces, and the deployment strategy.
• Identify architectural strengths, highlight gaps, assess risks, and pinpoint areas of emerging technical debt.
• Evaluate how the architecture aligns with strategic objectives, with particular emphasis on non-functional requirements such as reliability, determinism, maintainability.
• Consider the effectiveness of realising hybrid solutions with the existing Java-based GDA application.
