Experienced Project/Program management candidate with in-depth experience of the full lifecycle of complex FS technology and services projects. Candidates who can lead & collaborate across State Street & Charles River products and services, and who represent the STT enterprise culture traits and behaviours to deliver the Alpha solution to our clients.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead client‑facing Alpha implementation programmes.
- Oversee and manage significant elements or phases of a client implementation programme.
- Plan, monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action with the relevant teams.
- Support the Client Implementation Executive in ensuring timely delivery of the program.
- Communicate guidance and decisions from Oversight and Leadership groups such as Deal Team and Executive Committee to program and product owners.
- Support the design of milestone planning and sequencing of program phases.
- Make decisions and recommendations to the Client Implementation Executive and the Client to manage successful delivery of the program plan.
- Monitor expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits.
- Provide insight for solutions, develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned projects/products, research unclear facets of the operation, and define a fit‑for‑purpose solution.
- Capture business requirements and reach agreement on Target Operating Models.
- Manage risk to program success and change‑control process together with the Client Implementation Executive.
- Ensure delivery of new capabilities or services is on time, within budget, and in accordance with program governance.
- Support dependencies, reporting and interfaces between dependent initiatives as part of the program milestone plan.
- Report program progress at regular intervals to the Client Implementation Executive Lead, internal steering, and external steering committees.
Additional Requirements
- Agree contract structure and schedules with Legal and product owners.
- Define business owners and recommend inputs to service schedules.
- Define migration/transition schedule, assumptions, phasing, sequencing, developments, timing and dependencies.
- Hold business SMEs accountable for discussions with Legal and the client on specific clauses and schedules.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
- Microsoft Office suite experience.
