The Opportunity

As Head of Finance, you\'ll take full ownership of the finance function for a growing business unit, acting as a key commercial partner to both operational leadership and Group Finance.

You\'ll lead from the front - setting standards, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Managing a team of five across transactional finance and management accounts, you\'ll play a key role in developing talent and building a forward-thinking, high-performing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team across AP, AR, Credit Control and Management Accounts
• Own the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Partner with Group Finance to align reporting, controls and best practice
• Drive improvements across systems, processes and financial controls
• Oversee management accounts and support commercial reporting
• Introduce and monitor KPIs to drive both team and business performance
• Provide insight, challenge and support to senior stakeholders
• Create an ambitious, high-performance culture aligned to business growth

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experienced in managing and developing teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
• Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Proactive, hands-on, and driven to continuously improve
