Churchill Howard is recruiting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Head of Finance to join a large scale, purpose-led organisation in the Midlands.
This is a high-profile, strategic role partnering directly with senior leadership to drive performance, shape growth strategy, and lead financial oversight across a fast paced, complex, multi-site operation.
The Role
- Trusted business partner to the MD and leadership team
- Ownership of financial performance including budgeting, forecasting & reporting
- Driving commercial insight and decision-making
- Supporting growth across existing and new markets, managing risks and identifying opportunities
- Optimising processes through the use of data analytics and reporting tools
- Developing and leading a high-performing finance team
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post qualification experience
- Proven senior finance leadership with P&L ownership
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills
- Experience in complex, multi-site environments
- Data-driven, analytical, and a confident decision-maker
- Driven, energetic and resilient leader
