Branch Manager - Property Sales & Lettings

Our client, an award-winning and market-leading estate agency, is seeking an experienced and high-performing Branch Manager to lead their successful Worcester office. This is a full-time opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record in property sales and/or lettings who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in property sales and/or lettings, ideally within a management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Commercially focused with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strategic mindset with the confidence to implement new initiatives
• Driven, ambitious, and results-orientated
• A background in lettings, supported by strong performance history, would be particularly advantageous.
