Responsibilities
- Drive passion and energy in your team to deliver on sales and service targets, always keeping a firm eye on costs and profitability, and ensuring continuous improvement where possible.
- Lead your team to ensure compliance with the Boots Opticians clinical governance agenda by promoting the highest standards.
- Lead for Active Care in the store, ensuring that customer and colleague health and safety is at the heart of everything you do.
- Support the store succession plan by developing talent for your store and key roles within the area.
- Accountability for cash accounting compliance within your store and that all related policies are implemented and upheld.
Qualifications
- Professional, caring character with a true desire to help others feel good.
- Great communicator, both in 1-1 and group situations.
- Exemplary in working to lead and deliver the business plans and a first-class customer journey.
- Create a positive, energising climate for teams, working at pace with a strong delivery mindset.
- Excellent leader with the ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
- Passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
- Demonstrate at minimum a basic level of knowledge and understanding of opticians practice.
