About the Role
As a Delivery Lead at Naimuri, you'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the space to solve difficult challenges, and the support of a strong Delivery community.

- You have strong experience of Agile delivery management, involving high level planning, forecasting, resource allocation, workflow management, and managing priorities to timescales and/or milestones.
- You have strong stakeholder and customer management skills in order to facilitate regular updates, provide operational & status reporting, and expectation management.
- You are comfortable with owning responsibility for your team’s Agile Ways of Working & team processes, and have experience of running multidisciplinary teams.
- Have an experience and understanding of commercial processes and paperwork, such as business cases, purchase orders, development & submission of proposals and managing budgets.
- Are able to establish quick and reliable rapport with partner organisations to manage stripy team members’ performance.
- You live and breathe RAID management and incorporate the identification, management, mitigation, reporting and escalation as part of normal day to day delivery management.
- You are comfortable reporting delivery progress against features, identifying and managing issues, blockers, dependencies and risks to delivery.
- Sense and adopt the appropriate management style required by the situation.
- You maintain team morale, handle conflict within the team and counsel team members as needed.
- You are a role model. You lead and set performance and behavioural standards for everyone.

Location & Flexibility
Base: This will be based at our Head Office in Salford Quays, Manchester.
Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working. This consists of a minimum of 3 days working in the office or customer site, but you are welcome to spend more time on‑site if preferred.
Travel: Occasional visits to customer sites around the country may be required.
Pay and Benefits
Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your role's base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process.
A full time working week is 37.5 hours and you have flexibility over when you give that time. We also offer part-time working which can be discussed during the recruitment process. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will work directly from one of our office locations, or customer sites, for at least 3 days a week.
Our core hours are 10:00am – 3:00pm and our office is open between 7:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. Depending on the project, you may also be required to travel to a local customer site or occasionally to other locations in the UK.
