WearecurrentlyrecruitingforourclientwhoarealogisticscompanybasedontheoutskirtsofSwindon.

ResponsibilitiesandTasks:

  • Daytodayresponsibilityforthemanagementofindividualaccountswithinoperationalaspects.
  • EnsurethatKPIsareuptodateandcanbeprovidedmonthlytoboththerelevantcustomer,andmanagementwithinthebusiness..
  • EnsurethedaytodaySLAsofoutbound/inboundsectorsaremonitoredandescalatedwhennotgoingtobemet.
  • Monitoringordervolumes/flowsandreceiptsdailyoftheiraccounts,escalatingwhererequiredtohelpvariousteamsplanresourcesforwarehouseneeds.
  • KeepingcloserelationswiththeirCRMandtherelevantTLwithinthewarehouse.
  • Correctlyinvoiceforallaspects(apartfromhourlycharges)ofworkconductedacrossaccountsonaweekly/monthlybasis.
  • Invoicerelevantcustomersinatimelymannerinlinewithexpectationssetbymanagement.
  • Ensuringthatallrelevantorder/customerreferencesareincludedonrelevantshippinglabelstoensurewecanrelatecostswheninvoicing.
  • Havetheabilitytomanageanumberofaccountsandprioritisetaskswhereneededacrosssaidaccounts.
  • Firstline&promptcommunicationwithcustomersshouldqueriesorcomplaintsarise,andescalateinternallysoWalkerinternalteamareawareofissues.
  • Ensuringcostsarebeingcorrectlychargedinlinewithcustomerrates,thiscanbepickingandpackingcharges/couriercharges/storagechargesetc,andescalateinternallyifnotcorrect,andneedassistingamending.
  • Attendingmeetingsinternallytodiscussaccounts.
  • Attendmeetingsonsitewithclientstodiscusstheiraccountandofferadaytodayperspective.
  • Ensuretoescalateandidentifyreworktaskswithintheaccountsandraisingthistothereworkmanagerinordertogetthiscompletedinatimelymanner.
  • Managingcustomerexpectationstoensuretasksordelaysaremanagedeffectivelyandkeepingthecustomerinclosecontactanduptodate.
  • EnsurethatanyhealthandsafetyconcernsareescalatedtotherelevantteamthroughtheSharePointsothatactioncanbetakentoresolvehealthandsafetyrisks.
  • AttendteammeetingsinternallywhererequiredtoensureyouareuptodateonthelatestWalkerinformation.
  • Maintainandstrengthencustomerrelationshipsandensuringalltheirlogisticsneedsaremet.
  • Answerthephonewhencallsaretransferredthroughviareception,whenreceptionisonleave,answerthephonetooutsidecalls.
  • TheabilitytoholdoneononemeetingswithcustomersviaZoom/Teamstobuildandaidthecustomerrelations.

  • Theabilitytothinkofsolutionsandworkarounds.

  • Articulateandnumeratewithgoodpresentationskills.
  • CompetentintheuseofWindowsOfficePackagesandLogisticsManagementSystems.
  • Minimumof1yearsexperiencewithintheLogisticsorsimilarindustry.
