ResponsibilitiesandTasks:
- Daytodayresponsibilityforthemanagementofindividualaccountswithinoperationalaspects.
- EnsurethatKPIsareuptodateandcanbeprovidedmonthlytoboththerelevantcustomer,andmanagementwithinthebusiness..
- EnsurethedaytodaySLAsofoutbound/inboundsectorsaremonitoredandescalatedwhennotgoingtobemet.
- Monitoringordervolumes/flowsandreceiptsdailyoftheiraccounts,escalatingwhererequiredtohelpvariousteamsplanresourcesforwarehouseneeds.
- KeepingcloserelationswiththeirCRMandtherelevantTLwithinthewarehouse.
- Correctlyinvoiceforallaspects(apartfromhourlycharges)ofworkconductedacrossaccountsonaweekly/monthlybasis.
- Invoicerelevantcustomersinatimelymannerinlinewithexpectationssetbymanagement.
- Ensuringthatallrelevantorder/customerreferencesareincludedonrelevantshippinglabelstoensurewecanrelatecostswheninvoicing.
- Havetheabilitytomanageanumberofaccountsandprioritisetaskswhereneededacrosssaidaccounts.
- Firstline&promptcommunicationwithcustomersshouldqueriesorcomplaintsarise,andescalateinternallysoWalkerinternalteamareawareofissues.
- Ensuringcostsarebeingcorrectlychargedinlinewithcustomerrates,thiscanbepickingandpackingcharges/couriercharges/storagechargesetc,andescalateinternallyifnotcorrect,andneedassistingamending.
- Attendingmeetingsinternallytodiscussaccounts.
- Attendmeetingsonsitewithclientstodiscusstheiraccountandofferadaytodayperspective.
- Ensuretoescalateandidentifyreworktaskswithintheaccountsandraisingthistothereworkmanagerinordertogetthiscompletedinatimelymanner.
- Managingcustomerexpectationstoensuretasksordelaysaremanagedeffectivelyandkeepingthecustomerinclosecontactanduptodate.
- EnsurethatanyhealthandsafetyconcernsareescalatedtotherelevantteamthroughtheSharePointsothatactioncanbetakentoresolvehealthandsafetyrisks.
- AttendteammeetingsinternallywhererequiredtoensureyouareuptodateonthelatestWalkerinformation.
- Maintainandstrengthencustomerrelationshipsandensuringalltheirlogisticsneedsaremet.
- Answerthephonewhencallsaretransferredthroughviareception,whenreceptionisonleave,answerthephonetooutsidecalls.
- TheabilitytoholdoneononemeetingswithcustomersviaZoom/Teamstobuildandaidthecustomerrelations.
