Job Title: CNC Miller – Fanuc Controls (OTHER CONTROLS CONSIDERED)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 per annum
Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm (Friday finish at 1:00pm), 37.5 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5x weekdays, 2x Sundays
Holidays: 23 days per year, plus bank holidays. Additional holiday accrual: 1 day after 3 years, up to 5 extra days over 7 years (maximum 28 days)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with strong Fanuc 3-axis programming and operating skills. The role involves working on a variety of small and medium-sized components, producing both one-off pieces and larger production runs. A key part of the role will be reverse engineering components to create accurate machined parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and program 3-axis CNC milling machines (Fanuc controls)
- Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
- Perform reverse engineering tasks when required
- Manage production of both small batches and one-off components
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience on Fanuc 3-axis CNC mills
- Strong understanding of machining small to medium components
- Experience with reverse engineering processes
- Ability to work on varied batch sizes, including one-off and large runs
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
