Purpose
This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, customer engagement, and people leadership, working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Architecture teams to deliver secure, resilient, and future‑ready network solutions aligned to customer needs and regulatory requirements. The role is a senior advocate of product solutions to sales and presales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, position, and technically validate SD‑WAN, managed network solutions, and adjacent add‑ons such as SASE and SSE for aviation customers worldwide.
- Engage with Sales and PreSales organization in the scope of customer projects.
- Advocate standard solutions and identify gaps in the offering; align with Engineering and Product Management to address these gaps.
- Lead a team of highly motivated solution architects.
- Serve as the SPOC and go‑to person for the Sales and PreSales organization.
- Enable sales teams with clear value propositions and competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience designing, positioning, and technically validating SD‑WAN and related solutions.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven experience supporting sales organizations in closing deals.
- Comfortable working under pressure and across multiple opportunities in parallel.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience in global, matrix‑driven organizations is highly desirable.
- Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience working in a highly international team with different cultures and across time zones.
- Experience in the aviation or transport industry.
- Curious to learn.
