Description
- Manage credit control and accounts receivable processes
- Proactive cash collection to ensure timely payment and minimise overdue debt
- Credit risk management including credit checks, limit setting, and account monitoring
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Continuous improvement of credit control processes and compliance with policies
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on aged debtors and cash flow
- Liaise with internal departments to address payment queries and disputes
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- General finance team support and ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A background in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
