Specialty Doctor General Adult IHBT
Location: Kirklees, Folly Hall Mills, Huddersfield, HD1 3LT.
Employment type: Permanent, full-time, 10 programmed activities per week plus on call (part time may be considered).
The role plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral part of the Calderdale and Kirklees acute pathway.

Transport
- Holds and will use valid UK driving licence or provides evidence of proposed alternative.

Qualifications
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
- Additional clinical qualifications.
- Fully registered with the GMC and have a licence to practise or Must have checked GMC eligibility and commenced the application process at the time of NHS Jobs application.
- Approved under S12 or able to achieve within 6 months of appointment.
- Spent a minimum of four years (full time or equivalent) in postgraduate medical experience in the UK or equivalent medical experience. At least 2 years experience in psychiatry.
- In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.

- Excellent knowledge in specialty.
- Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge.
